I’ve been playing the GAME of LIFE since birth. A game is no fun if you don’t know the rules or how to play.

I was told Life is hard; Emotions must be suppressed; Money is the root of all evil.

For many years, I searched for life’s missing instructions.  The path led through careers as a monk-teacher, computer scientist, hypnotherapist, artist, and author.  I compiled the instructions I learned into a playbook. Now at eighty-six, I find that regarding my life as a fun game is simple, effective, and very satisfying. 

When I follow the Playbook, I am happy and often pleasantly surprised. I am still developing my game skills. That’s the expansion, the fun, of Life’s journey.
